Do I need AI experience?+
No. HellCreek meets clients from Level 0 through Level 5. We teach beginners, optimize operators and challenge advanced architects.
Are software and subscriptions included?+
Not unless stated in writing. AI subscriptions, APIs, SaaS, hosting, domains, licenses, hardware and outside specialists are normally paid separately by the client.
Who owns the work?+
After final payment, the client receives the rights defined in the project agreement for client-specific deliverables. HellCreek retains its pre-existing methods, frameworks, reusable tools and independently developed intellectual property.
What does 30-day follow-up mean?+
Questions and reasonable corrections related to the delivered system. It does not add new features, workflows, systems or unrelated consulting.
Does HellCreek replace licensed professionals?+
No. HellCreek does not provide legal, medical, accounting, investment, cybersecurity or regulatory certification. Qualified specialists remain responsible for specialized professional work.
Are outcomes guaranteed?+
No AI system can guarantee accuracy, revenue, profit, savings or third-party availability. HellCreek designs for verification, clear responsibility and measurable improvement.

Acceptance. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Information and services. Website materials are general information and do not create a consulting relationship, project obligation or binding offer. Services, deliverables, exclusions, ownership, price, payment schedule and timeline are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal or invoice accepted by the client.
Payment, cancellation and delays. Required payments must clear before substantial work begins. Payments for completed work are not refundable. Deposits reserve HellCreek's time and cover work performed. Any cancellation balance or refund depends on completed work and the controlling written terms. HellCreek is not responsible for delays caused by missing client information, access, approvals, feedback or materials.
Professional boundaries. HellCreek does not provide legal, medical, accounting, investment, cybersecurity or regulatory certification. AI output requiring professional judgment requires review by an appropriately qualified person.
No guaranteed outcomes. HellCreek does not guarantee AI accuracy, revenue, profit, savings, uninterrupted operation or third-party platform availability. Clients remain responsible for final decisions, authorized use of their information and compliance obligations applicable to their operations.
Third-party services. Unless included in writing, clients pay separately for AI subscriptions, APIs, software, automation platforms, hosting, domains, cloud services, licenses, hardware and outside specialists. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights or use HellCreek materials for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Disclaimer and liability. The website is provided “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HellCreek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from website use. Any direct liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the controlling project agreement.
Governing law. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Montana unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Information you choose to provide. HellCreek may receive your name, email address, business information, project details and other information you voluntarily send by email or through a future inquiry process. The on-page starting-point diagnostic operates in your browser and does not send your selections to HellCreek unless you choose the email action.
Technical information. Website hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, referring page and operational logs. HellCreek does not currently use this website to sell personal information or run third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
How information is used. Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate possible engagements, deliver contracted services, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations.
Sharing. HellCreek does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting website or business operations, qualified specialists involved at the client's direction, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or address fraud and security risks.
Data minimization and sensitive information. Send only information reasonably necessary for the inquiry. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, crypto seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary regulated information through ordinary email. HellCreek will never request possession of a crypto seed phrase or private key.
Retention and security. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution and applicable law. HellCreek uses reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held directly by HellCreek, subject to identity verification, applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Email sweetname.xyz@outlook.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Children and external services. This business website is not directed to children under 13. Links and third-party platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.

03 Intellectual Property Protection+
Intellectual Property Protection
HellCreek property. Unless otherwise identified, the website design, text, graphics, ninja-star emblem, HellCreek AI name and presentation, Evolution of Invention branding, methods, frameworks, templates, architecture principles, workflow structures, documentation systems and related materials are owned by or licensed to HellCreek and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Limited website license. HellCreek grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred.
Prohibited use. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, scrape at scale, create derivative commercial materials from, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, imitate the distinctive branding of, or use website materials to train or improve an AI model or dataset. Ordinary search-engine indexing and sharing an unmodified public link are permitted.
Client-specific deliverables. After final payment, a client receives only the rights expressly granted in the applicable project agreement. HellCreek retains all pre-existing and independently developed methods, frameworks, general know-how, reusable templates, tools, architecture principles, internal processes and proprietary systems. Project-specific ownership must be defined in writing when needed.
Client materials. Clients retain their rights in materials they lawfully provide. They authorize HellCreek to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, perform, document and support the agreed work. Clients are responsible for confirming they have authority to provide those materials.
Trade secrets and disclosure boundaries. No website publication, consultation or project discussion automatically licenses HellCreek's trade secrets, underlying methodologies or unpublished architecture. Confidential disclosure obligations arise only through applicable law or a written agreement.
Brand protection and reporting. Use of the HellCreek name, ninja-star emblem or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation is prohibited without written authorization. Suspected infringement may be reported to sweetname.xyz@outlook.com.
